Meet the Cast

Sterling McClary (Marty) is bonafide Arts enthusiast, a trained dancer in over 7 various dance styles as well as training vocally and dramatically in commercial and musical theater techniques. After living in Pittsburgh where he studied musical theater and dance at Point Park University, he gained the opportunity to share his love and passion of creating and performing in various major theatrical venues and dance studios around the country as well as spending the past 5 years as a performer for Celebrity, Disney and various cruise lines. From choreography to teaching, to casting and coaching and even recording music, Sterling has experienced entertainment at every level and has more often than not been on the right side of quality.

James Silverstein (Melman) is a graduate from the Molloy University/CAP21 B.F.A program and thrilled to be making his national tour debut! Niko Kaim (Skipper/Ensemble, Swing) is overjoyed to be wild and free and back on tour with these beloved animals! Alex Burnette (Maurice/Skipper/Ensemble, Puppet Captain) Tesla Vs Edison (Center Puppetry Arts), National Tour: A Charlie Brown Christmas (Linus), NY Theatre: Rescue Rue (Off-Broadway, NYMF, Workshops), The Sleepy Hollow Experience, ‘Olivier Py’s The Young Girl, The Devil, & The Mill’. Alex has written and directed original mainstage shows for Cedar Fair Parks’ Haunt Seasons for the past two years, as well as performed as jazz singer/pianist on Holland America Line. Anna Telfer (Kowalski/Candy) is a bicoastal actor. She is thrilled to return to the stage after years of film/TV/commercial work. Katie Whittemore (Private/Mort/Ensemble, U/S Candy)National tour debut! Recently completed nine months at sea as a singer/dancer onboard the Azamara Onward. Regional favorites include Mamma Mia (Maine State Music Theatre), Wizard of Oz (The Palace Theatre), and West Side Story (Prather Productions). BFA from the University of Central Florida.
